Hi Blasius,
I've been reviewing the changes and attempting to merge them.
Unfortunately, they are made against a previous release and I have quite a
few submissions in the CVS version. Some of the issues you are attempting
to address, look like they've been addressed in alternate ways.
Could you have a look at current CVS and see if your changes can be merged
to current CVS? The main concern is with the borderless windows issue as
some of the fixes conflict with the fullscreen submissions as well.
